Regular Meeting Minutes
Wednesday March 15, 2006 

Voting Members Present: Chairperson, Michael Quesnel, Jim Pietras, Dawn Cooke, Sally O’Shea, Frank Marion, Wayne Tak, Ken Scully, Mary McDowell

Non-Voting Members Present: Patricia Stevens, Bill Frangiamore

Visitors: Virginia Snopek

Meeting called to order at 6:03 pm. Chairperson Michael Quesnel presiding.

Regular meeting minutes from January 25, 2006 were read and approved, with a motion from Frank Marion, seconded from Sally O’Shea.  A Motion to approve minutes as read was carried.  

   New Business:  

• An invoice from Gini Tate was received for 60 hours of work on the original covenant for the community library.
• There is $18,506.45 left in The School Building Committee Account.
• Assessment of needs was completed on January 5^th, 2006.  The committee as well as administration disagreed with the results.  The high school was originally rated a 3, East Meadow -1 and West St a 2. The Superintendent responded and followed up with a letter and added documentation of the state of the 3 schools.  In turn the assessment was revised and all three schools received threes.
