GRANBY’S GREATEST PAGEANT is November 22nd, next Friday at East Meadow at 6:30 p.m.. Tickets are being sold for $5 at lunches this week, and for $7 at the door. Come for the food, fun, and entertainment and to see who will be crowned Granby’s Greatest!

SPORTS: There will be a Girls’ pre-season Basketball meeting on Wednesday, Nov. 20th in the café.

Winter Sports sign-ups are on the window outside the Main Office. If interested, please sign-up by November 22nd. Family ID Winter Sports Registration is open.

Grade sheets are due every Friday before the school day has ended to the Main Office.

SATURDAY TUTORING:  Saturday Tutoring will be held on November 23rd from 9 – 11 am. If you are interested, please sign up in the Main Office. Transportation will not be provided for Saturday Tutoring.

YEARBOOKS: Students, this is a reminder to order your yearbooks at jostens.com. Also, orders submitted by December 31st will receive the reduced cost of $50 per yearbook.

SENIORS: : Deadline to submit your senior quote is tomorrow, November 15th.

Scholarship opportunities are beginning to come in. See posting outside of Guidance and on the Guidance web page.

Check the Student Support Suite to see a list of colleges scheduled to visit GJSHS and sign up with Mrs. Tease if interested in attending.

CHARTWELLS AFTER SCHOOL SNACKS: Chartwells will be offering a la carte snacks, including beverages, available from 1:58 pm to 2:25 p.m. for purchase, using money on your account or direct pay.

PARKING:  Students must register / submit payment online for parking thru Family ID and then obtain parking permit from Main Office PRIOR to parking on campus.  The link for Family ID will be found thru the GJSHS home page, under the tab "For Students" select "Parking Permit Application" in the dropdown box. Vehicles without a paid parking permit may be towed and parking privileges revoked. .

LOCKERS:  Students are responsible for keeping their lockers locked at all times with a school issued combination lock. If you need a lock, you may purchase one at the Main Office for $5 before or after school, during breaks, or lunch. The School is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

LOST AND FOUND is located on the Stage area of the Cafeteria. Unclaimed items will be donated to a charitable cause at the end of each month and during the December, February and April school vacations.
