Per Massachusetts State Law, all over-the-counter and prescription medication requires a written doctor's order and parent/guardian consent. No medication will be administered by nursing, school staff, or self-administered by students without this paperwork. All medication must come in it's original prescription bottle with the pharmacy label on it by a parent/guardian or responsible adult and can only be accepted by School Nursing staff. Please contact your School Nurse with any questions. Thank you.
