Important Health Information & Resources:

Per Massachusetts State Law CMR 210.000, all over-the-counter, prescription, supplements, vitamins, and herbal medicines requires a written doctor's order and parent/guardian consent. No medication will be administered by nursing, school staff, or self-administered by students without this paperwork. All medication must come in it's original prescription bottle with the pharmacy label on it by a parent/guardian or responsible adult and can only be accepted by School Nursing staff. Please contact your School Nurse with any questions. Thank you.

All students are required by MA state law to have current immunizations and a physical performed within the last 12 months to enter preschool, kindergarten, and transferring students.
