We are monitoring a water pipe that has burst in the GJSHS cafeteria near the exterior door where students enter the building in the morning. We will continue to monitor the situation overnight. Repair work has been scheduled for tomorrow morning. At this point, GJSHS ONLY IS CLOSED, December 4th. Elementary students will be picked up at their normal times for a regular start of school. The busses will then pick up GJSHS high school students. Should the situation change at GJSHS, we will use the normal channels to communicate with our families in the morning. Thank you to our facilities and custodial staff who will monitor the situation overnight and work to get repairs made as quickly as possible. The entire team has jumped to do whatever they can to help.
The school committee has rescheduled 12/3 meeting for Thursday, December 12 at 6:30 in the EM gym. Babysitting will be provided. Hope to see you there!

If we are a delayed opening, we will still have the school committee meeting as scheduled. If we are CLOSED, we will reschedule to another date and time.
Babysitting will be available at the meeting.
